The Results of Dedication & Motivation.
Stage 1 - As we get older our bodies change for the worse, let’s be real. When I was younger I could eat anything I wanted and not gain weight. Every Friday it was McDonald’s or any place that served fast food. I couldn’t gain weight no matter how hard I tried.
Stage 2 - In January 2009 I weighed 173 lbs, the heaviest I’ve ever been in my life.
Stage 3 - Now I’m back to my normal weight of 148lbs and I did it without a gym membership. Dedication and motivation is what it takes to be successful in anything you want to accomplish.
